Position Overview We’re looking for entry-level, customer-oriented individuals to join our retail sales team. As a Retail Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping homeowners find the right LeafFilter solution to protect their property and meet their long-term needs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales with full training and support provided. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and assess their needs Recommend the right LeafFilter gutter protection solutions for homeowners Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently Strive to meet or exceed personal and store sales goals Stay informed about current promotions, products, and installation options Assist with maintaining store cleanliness and visual presentation Provide excellent service through clear communication and follow-up Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus—but not required Strong communication and people skills Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Must be 18 years of age or older What We Offer Competitive hourly wage plus commission based on performance Paid training and continuous learning opportunities Clear path for career advancement within the company Job Type: Full-timePay: $600 – $1,300.00 per week (base commission)
