Inside Sales - Real Estate eRecording

As an Inside Sales Account Manager you will be working in a fast
paced sales environment. You will be reaching out to title
companies, real estate law firms, and financial institutions with
the goal of acquiring new eRecording mortgage business. Someone who
is highly organized and thrives in a fast paced environment will do
well in this position. Our most successful sales employees have
experience in real estate sales, mortgage lending, or county

Some of the things you will be doing:
- Making approximately 60 outbound sales calls per day
- Building relationships with our customers to better understand
their unique business needs
- Calling prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and
drive leads through the sales pipeline
- Responding to inbound phone volume driven from various
- Answering questions and meet the needs of internal and external
- Responding to customer inquiries via email or on the phone
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you
- Expertise in an inside sales role, minimum of 1 year of
business to business (B2B) sales experience preferred
