Job Description We are looking for a high-performing individual to help us recruit agents to grow our life, health, and annuity sales channels as well as drive production for our innovative preneed funeral planning program, Legacy of Love Funeral Planning. Ideal Candidate: Has experience recruiting insurance sales agents and helping them get into production with our suite of insurance products. Has life and health insurance sales experience and product knowledge. Highly organized with reporting their daily/weekly activities. Outstanding relationship-building skills, presentation skills, and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn technology tools quickly. Team player and not afraid to try new things. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Be willing to travel occasionally for presentations or conferences. Has life and health insurance license. Primary Responsibilities: Have a deep understanding of our insurance products--- features and benefits and how they compare to other products. Drive insurance sales by developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing insurance agents, agencies, financial advisors, and other partners. Make proactive telephone calls and emails to our insurance agent sales force. Lead presentations, and webinars and attend events to market the product to agents. Prioritize and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production and workload. Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system. Assist with agent training and support. Complete required coursework to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and licenses.
