Front Desk/Patient Service Rep
We are looking for an experienced Patient Service Rep to join our
team and help run our practice. The Patient Service Rep will be
responsible for greeting patients as they arrive, verifying their
personal and insurance information, scheduling appointments, and
answering phone calls. The Patient Service Rep will also assist
with handling billing inquiries, helping patients complete medical
forms, and maintaining medical records in an organized and
confidential manner. The ultimate goal of the Patient Service Rep
is to provide excellent customer service to patients while ensuring
that the practice operates efficiently and effectively.
