Hiring Full Time Sales Associates for our Solar Company -Our company sells, installs, and maintains solar systems for our mainly residential clients all over the east coast. We are currently hiring full time sales associates to join our team. -This role is critical as you are the initial face of our company, and provide a positive first impression to our potential customers. In this position you would be approaching homes that would benefit from solar in order to set them up with a free appointment to learn more about our products and services. This provides leads, and earns you commission. You will also be providing details why homeowners should be interested in switching to solar. -Solar not only benefits the environment, but it also greatly lowers utility bills, as well as increases the value of a home.Candidates should be extremely outgoing, professional, excited about sales, and comfortable approaching homes and lead generating. -Job Responsibilities:

• Approach qualifying homes to market and promote our products and services -
• Present to potential customers the benefits of switching to solar, and why they should choose our brand
• Explain available financing options, incentives, and tax rebates to potential consumers -
• Generating leads by setting up a free consultation appointment -with homeowners interested in learning more -
• Turn every interaction into an appointment set
• Qualify -homeowners for a solar system -
• Learn all different ways of lead generating, negotiation, and closing skills to potentially grow into a higher sales role
• Build rapport with customers, keep track of referrals, and stay organized on appointments setBenefits:
