Call Center Agent - $15.00+, BOE

A local Exton company is searching for Call Center Agents to manage incoming and outgoing customer relations. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the Operator to be the first step in helping customers manage through security concerns.

This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. This role works independently with custom company software, requires the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential. This innovative security company is moving fast and often promotes from within. Some seasonal overtime hours are offered.
