Job Description:

We're a vibrant and productive team in need of a Showing Agent to host open houses and show homes for our Senior Buyer Agents in the area. Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, hard-working individual who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline.--MUST BE a licensed REALTOR prior to being hired - Those who have completed real estate salesperson classes and are ready to sit for the state exam are encouraged to apply.



You'll be supported every step of the way with proven training, outstanding support, marketing staff, and competitive compensation for your hard work. You will contact cold leads, pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer's dream home.--This is a small hourly rate with bonus commission-based position. Commission-only options also available. Monday- Friday In Office hours required in Downingtown, PA with weekend flexibility as buyer needs demand.--If this sounds like a good fit, apply now.

Responsibilities:

--- Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients' questions
--- Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
--- Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
--- Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
--- Identify homes to show that meet buyers' needs and budgets to help make more sales
--- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
--- Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency's standards of client service
--- Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
--- Follow Daily Success Habits to exceed expectations of minimum closed transactions per month

Qualifications:

--- Can spend a large amount of time driving
--- Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
--- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
--- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
--- A Pennsylvania Real Estate License obtained prior to joining our office is REQUIRED for this role. We offer discounts for classes through our affiliated real estate school.
--- A Vehicle, Laptop and Cell phone are required for this role that is supplied and maintained by the candidate.
--- Travel within an hour of Downingtown, PA will be required.
--- Your Real Estate license must be transferred to our office to qualify for this position.
