Job Description Job Description Sales Coordinator - Iselin, NJ Direct Hire | $65,000-$75,000 Overview Our client is seeking a detail?oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support a fast?paced Sales organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys supporting sales initiatives, and can balance multiple priorities with ease. The Sales Coordinator will act as a crucial liaison between internal teams, leadership, and customers. Key Responsibilities Provide day?to?day support to the Sales team, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, deliverables, and client communications. Assist with preparing sales reports, tracking KPIs, and compiling data for leadership. Develop and maintain dashboards or reporting tools using Power BI . Coordinate meetings, presentations, and materials needed for sales activities and client engagements. Maintain accurate records within internal systems and support process improvements where possible. Serve as a point of contact for internal departments and external partners to facilitate efficient sales operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 3 years of experience supporting a Sales team. Proficiency in Power BI (reporting, dashboards, data visualization). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast?paced environment.
