events, activities, and resources. Responsibilities We’ll Help You
Master Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and
fulfilling their dreams by having a “person-centered” focus. Teach
independent living and daily skills to the persons-served by
identifying and meeting social, environmental, and health care
needs such as daily grooming and personal care routines. Actively
plans, coordinates, and participates with residents in social
activities including frequent community outings. Instructs,
supports and participates in performing household tasks with
persons served such as cleaning, preparing meals, food shopping,
etc. Who You Will Be Supporting In this role, you will have the
amazing opportunity to support someone that: Graduated from High
School and is a transitioning adult. I have traveled to 10
countries. Love being active. Used to being heavily engaged in the
community. Participated in dance classes, swimming, Zumba,
cheerleading, and Night to Shine dances. Open to learning new
interests with the support of a perfect match to work with me. Uses
basic sign language. One of their characteristics is being pretty
and "cute" and family-oriented! Qualifications Earned a High School
Diploma or GED from an accredited educational institution. Valid
Driver's License Able to communicate effectively with the
individuals to whom services are provided Experience in a
residential setting serving people with intellectual/developmental
disabilities or with other types of special needs populations
(rehabilitation settings, nursing homes, psychiatric hospitals,
