hiring Childcare Assistants for our Before and After School Program
at Bethel Elementary School in Bethel, PA for the 2025–2026 school
year. If you love working with children, leading engaging

the days and during the hours you work. Employer contributions

without needing to arrange outside care. JOB STATUS: Part-time,
non-exempt LOCATION: Bethel Elementary School in Bethel, PA PAY:
$13.50 per hour HOURS: 7:00 - 8:35 am & 3:30 - 6:30 pm Who Thrives

Responsibilities The Before and After School Program team is
responsible for: Facilitating hands-on activities following the
Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic
enrichment, art, and group activities Assisting students with
homework Providing a safe, healthy, clean, and fun environment
Serving as a positive role model for children in the program
Arriving prepared and remaining on-site until the last child is
dismissed Communicating daily with parents and families via the
Playground App Following state regulations, Healthy Kids Extended
Day Program policies, and host school policies Supporting
attendance tracking, registration, and staffing as needed
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older High
School Diploma or equivalent Experience working with children under
13 preferred Medically cleared of communicable diseases, including
TB Warm, friendly, professional, and reliable Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Physically able to bend, stretch, lift,
and carry up to 50 lbs Part-Time Benefits Employer-paid childcare
