Job Summary
NetApp is a leading provider of solutions and services in data storage and management. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solutions Engineer to join our SAP team.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will:

• Identify customer needs and requirements for NetApp solutions and services
  
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solution concepts
  
• Present NetApp technologies to customers at various levels of responsibility
  
• Adapt to different stakeholders, question their motivations and drivers
  
• Support the sales team in technical customer meetings
  
• Take responsibility for the technical development of proposed solutions

  Job Requirements
  A minimum of 8 years of related experience in a similar role involving technical selling and/or technical systems, including experience with:
  
  
• Strong knowledge and experience with hyperscaler platforms (Microsoft, Google, Amazon)
  
• Familiarity with the SAP portfolio and SAP architecture
  
• Successful completion of a technical education or relevant technical degree
  
• Proficiency in storage technologies
  
• Strong IT knowledge, including enterprise/cloud computing, virtualization, storage, backup, and high availability solutions
  
• Interest in current IT trends such as public clouds, hybrid clouds, cybersecurity, AI, DevOps, and container technologies
  
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
  
• Willingness to travel
  
  Education
  Bachelor's degree in business or a related area, or equivalent experience as outlined above.
  Compensation
  The salary range is $205,000 - $250,000 total on target earnings, determined by location, qualifications, experience, and education. It includes a comprehensive benefits package such as health and life insurance, retirement plans, PTO, performance incentives, stock options, and more, subject to regional variations.
